We are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your diamond jewelry from buyarock.com, but if you decide for any reason that it is not right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Here is the return procedure: First, you must call 1-800-574-7099 to receive your Return Authorization Code. This code must be written in the lower right hand corner of the Return Card provided with your shipment. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Returned items will only be accepted in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it from us. All original paperwork and documents (packing slip, Diamond Grading Analysis, Gemprint™ Certificate of Registration) must also be included. For security reasons, we can only process your request after our independent third party diamond expert, JDI, inspects the returned item and verifies it is exactly the same piece of jewelry in the same condition. If it is not, it will be returned to you. Also for security reasons, please do not write "buyarock.com" or any other words or terms that would identify the package as containing diamond jewelry. Please send the package to: JDI Once we receive and verify the condition of your item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase. IMPORTANT: If you
choose to return an item purchased from buyarock.com, you are responsible
for insuring the package for the full purchase price. We will accept
packages returned via UPS, Federal Express, and the United States Postal
Service. If you do not insure the package, you will be responsible should
any loss or damage occur. |
